Using Warmind
Warmind is provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a hobby aid for tabletop wargaming. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use the app. Please don't misuse it. Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time. See the Data Deletion page for details.
Your content
The army rosters you create are yours. We store and sync them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't claim ownership of your lists.
Game data & intellectual property
Warmind is an unofficial, fan-made companion tool. All game systems, names, factions, characters, units, rules, and imagery are trademarks and/or copyright of their respective owners. Warmind is not affiliated with, licensed by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher. Game rules and points values are provided for convenience; always refer to the official published rules as the authoritative source.
Availability & changes
Warmind is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features (including data and sync) at any time. We aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the app to the maximum extent permitted by law. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
